Initialize Pixel Landing Page for faebits

- Searched for DESIGN_PROPOSAL.md across the filesystem and git history (not found).
- Created basic index.html, styles.css, and script.js to start the landing page implementation.
- Planned a responsive, pixel-art themed design for the faebits brand.
